1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Master ECUEditor Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Master ECUEditor Pro is a professional software platform for ECU (Engine Control Unit) file editing, including emissions system removal, immobilizer bypass, speed limiter removal, and performance tuning. The Service is intended exclusively for:

• Professional automotive engineers and mechanics
• Off-road and track-use vehicles not subject to emissions regulations
• Research and development purposes in controlled environments
• Dyno testing and private property vehicle use

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You agree that you will:

• Not use the Service on vehicles operating on public roads where emissions laws apply
• Not use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not share your account, license, or software with third parties
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the software

4. Account & Hardware Binding

Your account is bound to a single machine via Hardware ID (HWID) upon first login. This binding is permanent and non-transferable. Each subscription covers one device only. Attempting to bypass HWID verification will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed through PayPal. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges according to your chosen plan. All prices are in EUR and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the software, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the software has been downloaded or the subscription has been activated. Exceptions may be considered in cases of proven technical failure attributable to our service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. ECU tuning involves inherent risks — always maintain a backup of the original file before applying any modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

Master ECUEditor Pro shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to vehicle damage, loss of data, failed emissions inspections, or legal penalties arising from non-compliant vehicle modifications.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at our discretion if we determine that these Terms have been violated. Upon termination, access to the Service will be immediately revoked.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
