When you create an account or use our Service, we collect the following information:
- Username and email address
- Hardware ID (HWID) — a hash derived from your machine hardware
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Authenticating your identity and maintaining your session
- Enforcing hardware binding and preventing account sharing
- Tracking daily usage limits per subscription plan
- Processing payments via PayPal (we do not store payment card data)
- Sending transactional emails (email confirmation, password reset)
- Detecting and preventing abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access
4. Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect or store the content of your ECU files
- We do not sell or share your data with third-party advertisers
- We do not store credit card or banking information
- We do not track your activity outside of our platform
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Temporary ECU files uploaded for processing are automatically deleted within 2 hours. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
